Bike Trail Advisory Council

Our department is forming a Bike Trail Advisory Council.  The purpose of forming this advisory council is to plan and promote the construction and use of bike/walking trails in the City of Whitehall.  We are currently seeking a “Nature Works” grant from Ohio Department of Natural Resources to construct an extension of our current trail at Whitehall Community Park.
Bike/Walking trails are a great way to exercise, as well as, provide a constructive, fun activity for families.  We encourage everyone to use our trail.  Our trail extension will eventually connect with a trail that the City of Columbus will be building along Big Walnut Creek.  This connection will occur at the Broad Street Bridge over Big Walnut Creek.
Anyone interested in joining this Advisory Council should contact the Director, Terry Gee.
