Shirley Freeman -The Whitehall Library/Columbus Metropolitan Libraries
Shirley Walker Freeman is the Manager of the Whitehall Branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library. Ms. Freeman has been employed with the library for thirty years. She has been a member of the Chamber Board of Trustees for three. Ms. Freeman sees as roles with the Columbus Metropolitan Library and the Whitehall Area Chamber of Commerce as strategic to the growth and development of the Whitehall area. Ms. Freeman’s activities include Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., serving as Director of Music for Bethany Presbyterian Church, and spending time with grandchildren.

Joy Bivens - Ambassador Health Services
Joy Bivens is the Co-owner of Ambassador Health Services. She obtained her college degree in nursing health care administration from Capital University. In 2010 Joy was appointed by the Franklin County Commissioners Office to the Central Ohio Workforce Investment Coalition Board of Directors (COWIC). She currently serves on the Business Solutions Committee and also Chairs the One Stop Partners Committee for COWIC. Joy also volunteers along with her husband Michael in many community organizations. She and her husband volunteer their time by working with First Generation College Students assisting them in getting into college and being successful. Joy is the mother of 2 children. She and her husband Michael reside in Whitehall.
